In cases where you are providing a link to documents such as audio, and video, or including a link to an external Web page, KCNN recommends use a visual icon to alert the site visitor. We have developed the following icons for your use:

Download a file of any type (i.e. Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, etc.). We recommend you indicate the size of the download in MB.

Use when linking to a page including embedded video, or when providing a downloadable video file. In the latter case, we recommend you indicate the size of the download in MB.

Use when you are linking to a photo feature like a slideshow.

Use when you plan to open an external Web site, especially when opening that page in a new window (not recommended).
