North Philly Metropolis

No Longer Updated. A community-newspaper run by teens, as part of a larger teen-empowered media making, digital arts program. Editorial decisions are made by a core group of teen staff members, called the 'Executive Squad,' with the guidance of an adult Journalism instructor. Community members, organizational staff and teens not enrolled in our program are consistently urged to submit writing, photography and other projects to us for publishing consideration.
